I'm assuming Nick is the manager I am very pleased with the hospitality and the room was huge and extremely comfortable, clean. I really appreciate the help. I recently move to Arizona from Minnesota with nothing and living out of my car isn't the easiest thing for me I never been in a situation like this but this hotel definitely made me feel like home. Thank you very much. Definitely recommend this hotel if anyone is Searching for a pleasant stay.
I was in town for a family emergency. This little motel was just perfect for my needs. My room was large with a great kitchenette. Awesome price for a weekly rate. Highly recommend.
Clean nice price was good for 2 of us. One complaint the owner its a closed in place he told us no visitors have to be in st a decent hr which i guess to him is 11pm up early have to leave earlier then others. Clean nice worth it if u like rules on how u can spend ur money and have rules I didn't care for that part
This is a great place to stay. The owners are super amazing and very friendly. They keep their rooms incredibly clean. Ive stayed at Hiltons that weren't as clean. Big comfortable bed, table area, microwave, fridge. They really want you to have a nice, calm, clean stay. It is very safe as well, and a great location in downtown chandler. Walking distance to festivities, food, and more.
We were looking for a place late at night after traveling all day and found this place on Google. We were very pleasantly surprised at the room we got for such a great price. If we're in the area again, we will definitely stay here.
This is a clean, family run hotel with comfortable rooms and safe courtyard parking near downtown Chandler. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. We stayed in the rear room 109 with an enormous king-sized bed that was quiet and like sleeping on a cloud. Large room had a fridge and microwave in a small kitchen area with table.
I went to Arizona for a family funeral during a time of year when the hotel prices were nuts. Even the cheap hotels were running half my house rent back home. The manager saw me calling around and talking with my family on the phone and realized I was there for a funeral. He gave me a reasonable rate. The most impressive part though cuz I stayed there for three days the manager check to see how things were going how the funeral was if I needed anything. At one point he even invited me to sit and socialize and have a beer with his friends. He checked to make sure that the room was my liking and he checked to see if the vacation goers in the room next door we're being too loud for me. The motel was nice but the service was exceptional. They gave me directions and vice where to eat and showed a lot of kindness. I would recommend and plan to stay there whenever I visit the area. The treatment made all the difference
The Redwood was very clean, and the owners were very friendly. Room was big and comfortable. They kept an eye on everything which made us feel secure and our items safe. Really liked the place and we are planning on going back.
